I also have not seen any issues in the field. I’ve been testing 10.11.5 here since the day it came out and I haven’t had a single problem. (Those of you who are not on 10.11 already: continue reading as I have advice for you as well.)
Upgrade to 10.11.5 (using the 10.11.5 combo update, which I describe and link to further down). In those situations, the answer is definitely YES.
